The purpose for providing these worksite resource kits is to help impact the rates of lung cancer among employees and their families in Kentucky. Studies have shown that worksite wellness activities benefit both employers and employees. The result can help with reducing employer healthcare costs, reducing absenteeism, increasing productivity, and improving employee quality of life.
